The commercial paneer available from leading brands today, is made in large machines by using acid to separate the paneer and whey. Acid is used to increase the paneer yield. Our homemade paneer is made in low quantities using traditional methods. We use lemon to make paneer, which results in soft and juicy paneer with a unique flavour. For best results, please soak the paneer in warm water before adding it to your favourite dish.
